OUR PROGRAMS
THE 3-YEAR BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (B.S.) IN PSYCHOLOGY COURSE
The 3-Year Bachelor of science (B.S.) in Psychology is designed to provide the biological, cognitive, personality and social contexts for understanding the behavior of individuals throughout their lifespan.
Students who successfully complete the B.S. in Psychology will have the foundation, research skills and data analysis expertise to succeed in a M.S./Ph.D. Psychology graduate program (e.g. clinical psychology, experimental psychology, Neuropsychology, Psychopharmacology e.t.c.).
Students graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology will need to pursue a graduate degree before they are able to obtain professional licensure.
Students are encouraged to check entrance requirements for any Postgraduate programs prior to finishing their B.S. at JCSM in the event they need to take additional coursework.

Our Clinical Psychology B.S. degree not only offers a vital step in the path toward a career in professional clinical practice, but can also offer a route into a range of other specialism across all areas of psychology - not just health and social care settings.
This is a degree designed to offer you a clear route towards a career as a Clinical Psychologist. As such, it offers the perfect foundation for the next steps – whether that’s our own MS in Applied Clinical Psychology /Clinical Psychopharmacology, or perhaps a role that could support later training as part of a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
You may also look ahead to a role as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist or Research Assistant or, with further training, join a mental health team.
